A £4 million pipeline from just over 1,000 letters
The challenge
KAS is an FMB member and family run construction company known for delivering high quality work. Like many builders, their challenge was not capability, it was consistency. They never quite knew where the next job was coming from, which made planning and growth difficult.
They had tried other marketing routes, but they were often expensive, complicated and time consuming. Instead of finding the right projects, they were spending hours going through cold leads that were too far away or not the type of work they wanted to take on.
