We've Been Nominated for Technology Supplier Innovation of the Year

We're thrilled to share that Buildscout has been nominated for the CN Specialist Contractor Awards — Technology Supplier Innovation of the Year. This one means a lot to us.

The nomination is built around a problem we set out to fix from day one: construction businesses are consistently finding out about projects too late or have difficulty finding good fit projects that are a good fit for them. By the time they hear about an opportunity, key decisions have already been made and the real commercial conversations have happened without them.

Buildscout was built to change that giving contractors earlier visibility of the right opportunities for their business, so they can get involved in projects at the point where it actually makes a difference.

At the heart of our entry is a capability we're genuinely proud of: advanced keyword filtering that goes deeper than any other construction lead platform on the market. Rather than scanning surface-level project descriptions, Buildscout searches within planning documents, drawings, and associated files, giving our users leads that are a genuine fit, not just a broad category match.

The result? Better qualified pipelines, less time chasing work that doesn't fit, and contractors positioned earlier in the process where the real commercial advantage lies.

Being recognised by CN for this innovation, alongside some of the best technology suppliers in the industry, is a proud moment for our small but driven team.

We'll be sharing more as the awards get closer. In the meantime, if you want to see what Buildscout can do for your business, we'd love to show you.

Fingers crossed for the results!
