Buildscout x HazardCo Partnership Announcement

Buildscout and HazardCo Partner to Help UK Contractors Win the Right Work and Stay Compliant on Site

This partnership pairs Buildscout's early-stage lead sourcing with HazardCo's digital health & safety system, giving contractors a single route from finding a job to running it compliantly. Discounts of up to 20% are available to new sign-ups on both platforms.

‍

Buildscout, the construction lead-generation platform, and HazardCo, a digital health and safety system for home builders and renovators, today announced a partnership designed to address two problems SME contractors typically manage with separate, disconnected systems: finding good-fit projects early, and staying compliant once those projects are won.

‍

Under the partnership, contractors can access Buildscout's Find Leads product, which sources UK-wide planning application data to flag good-fit projects as they are submitted, alongside HazardCo's compliance platform, which generates RAMS, Construction Phase Plans, and site inductions, and provides an on-site app for logging site activity in real time.

‍

"Winning more work naturally means taking on more sites, more subcontractors, and more compliance to manage," said Ganesh Thangavel, Commercial Director at Buildscout. "A lot of our customers are exactly the contractors who need to stay on top of safety fastest, so partnering with HazardCo to offer them a discount on a platform we rate felt like a natural fit."

‍

How the partnership works

Buildscout identifies construction projects at the point planning applications are submitted, giving contractors an early window to reach decision-makers before a project goes to tender through conventional channels. The platform also includes Projects, a free project management tool for tracking live jobs, contacts, and documents, and runs direct marketing outreach on contractors' behalf.

‍

HazardCo's platform is built specifically for home builders and renovators, combining automated document generation with advisory support. Its on-site app allows site teams to scan in, log incidents, and generate RAMS while on site, creating a real-time record of site activity and compliance status.

‍

Used together, the two platforms cover the full cycle from sourcing a project to running it safely, without contractors needing to build or manage separate systems for each stage.

‍

Launch offer

To mark the partnership, both companies are offering new sign-ups a discount for a limited period:

Both offers apply to rolling, cancel-anytime contracts. New customers can sign up via Buildscout's website, verify their email, and enter the relevant code to activate their discount.
